Multi-factor authentication is an electronic second authentication method in which a user is asked for additional forms of authentication to access applications or systems. This includes what you know (e.g password) and what you have (e.g phone). This additional authentication is an extra layer of security to validate that the correct user is gaining access. For existing legacy MFA information please refer to your local portals.

With the new Entra/Azure Self Service Password reset tool you can reset your password yourself without calling the helpdesk, anytime and from any device with an internet connection.
Note: To use the Entra/Azure Self Service Password Reset tool, you must have registered for Azure Multi-Factor Authentication. If you haven't registered yet, you can do so now by following the instructions in the Entra/Azure multi-factor authentication user guide.

To use password less sign-in you must be registered for with the Microsoft Authenticator Application and setup “Phone Sign-in”
